Subies Deli and Grill Fund-Raisers

Sign up for one of our fund-raiser programs and Subies Deli & Grill will reserve an open date for your group or organization. We offer three programs, "Dining for Dollars" , "Breakfast for Dollars" and "Breakfast for Dollars II". Choose which program you feel will be beneficial to your group or organizations needs.

We are here to help! We have done fund-raisers for churches with missionary needs, schools with project needs and for many other groups and organizations.

There are no up front costs to your group. These programs are especially great for small groups that do not have a large volunteer base. The only work on your part is advertising the event to your members, families, friends and neighbors, having them show up on the date of the event. If you have a larger marketing budget we recommend using some print and or radio advertising. With enough notice we will advertise your function with our daily customer base with flyers, table advertisements, on our website (www.subiesdeli.com) and in our daily email newsletter. On the day of the event we will announce your event on our street marque.

Your fund-raiser must be scheduled in advance

Group members, their families, friends, neighbors, etc. can dine in or use our drive thru.
We recommend your volunteers from your group help in serving food, refill beverages, clean tables, help with dishes and clean up after the event is over.
We recommend that you put a tip jar at the register. All tips during the event are for your group whether at the register, on credit cards, at the drive thru or left on the tables.

DINING FOR DOLLARS

With your date reserved, we can start your function at 5pm till 8pm. We can customize a menu with specific goals in mind or your guests can order from the regular menu that we offer here on a daily basis. We can bring in a specific item to run as a special (Ribs, steak etc.) in addition to our daily menu. The choice is yours.

We will donate 25% of the sales during the allotted date and time. Your organization will keep 100% of the tips.

BREAKFAST FOR DOLLARS

Our "Breakfast for Dollars" program runs the same as our "Dinner for Dollars". The exception is we only run this on Saturday mornings from 8am to 11am.

We will donate 25% of the sales and 100% of the tips are yours to keep.

BREAKFAST FOR DOLLARS II

With breakfast sales being a lower check average in general we have an alternate program where you sell tickets in advance and have the potential making more money for your group. Again you will receive 25% of the sales and 100% of the tips. With this program your guests know want they are spending.

This is how it works:
Prior to the designated time period, we will collect your guests coupons from you (usually the day before your event) that they have pre-paid for and have chosen their entree's in advance. This is money that you have collected over time in promoting this event. So if someone doesn't show for the event you owe us nothing for that coupon sold. That's 100% profit for your group. We will set up a breakfast menu with several options for your guests to choose from. This will allow us to set the price in advance to which your group will benefit from.

Here is a sample menu that's available but not limited to.

PANCAKES

3 pancakes
2 bacon strips or 2 sausage patties. (Or one of each)
Home Fried Potatoes or Cajun Potatoes
Toast, English Muffin or Biscuit
Juice, Coffee, Tea, Milk or Soda

FRENCH TOAST

3 French Toast
2 bacon strips or 2 sausage patties. (Or one of each)
Home Fried Potatoes or Cajun Potatoes
Toast, English Muffin or Biscuit
Juice, Coffee, Tea, Milk or Soda

EGG PLATTER

Scrambled Eggs
2 bacon strips or 2 sausage patties. (Or one of each)
Home Fried Potatoes or Cajun Potatoes
Toast, English Muffin or Biscuit
Juice, Coffee, Tea, Milk or Soda

Please download a sample "Breakfast For Dollars II" order form. We have a variety of several items you can also choose from, Biscuits and Gravy, Omelets, Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, Breakfast Sandwiches combo meals just to name a few.
